According to the American Cancer Society, a new analysis shows physical activity may decrease the risk of these 7 cancers – colon, female breast, endometrial, kidney, myeloma, liver and non-Hodgkin lymphoma. People should aim for 2.5 to 5 hours/week of moderate-intensity activity or 1.25 to 2.5 hours/week of vigorous activity.
